Provides personal contact and currency related services for Peoples Bank of KY customers. 


Projects a positive image of Peoples Bank of KY in serving as the primary contact with its customers,  both in providing services and in routing inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Welcomes new and established customers promptly and warmly.

Facial expression indicates warmth,  acceptance and that employee is approachable.

Receives deposits and payments for all types of accounts,  accurately verifying cash and negotiability of checks,  issuing receipts and giving credit for funds according to Peoples Bank of KY policies.

Cash checks and accepts withdrawals and advance requests in accordance with Peoples Bank of KY policies.

Utilizes tact and good judgement in referring questionable transactions to a supervisor for approval.

Sells official checks using designated methods with appropriate documentation.

Actively cross-sells Peoples Bank of KY services by informing customers of new programs or other services that may be of interest or benefit to them.

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all Peoples Bank of KY security policies and procedures.

Demonstrates adequate knowledge of various Peoples Bank of KY services by assisting customers with questions or requests for these services directing them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.

Efficiently provides customers with account information and correct balances.

Accurately maintains assigned cash drawer with the ability to balance work daily.

Demonstrates ability to manually lift up to 25 pounds of coin,  etc.

Demonstrates ability to process transactions received by night deposit or mail with proper completion of necessary forms in addition to providing appropriate receipts.

Demonstrates increasing ability to perform skills appropriate to position title.

Objectives for continuous improvement are evaluated by self and supervisor to indicate effort toward self improvement.
