1)      Answers phones and provides prompt assistance for callers.

2)      Communicates all messages promptly to facility staff.

3)      Greets visitors and provides direction as needed.

4)      Maintains friendly,  professional disposition at all times

5)      Adheres to and promotes Code of Conduct.

6)      Obtains and enters invoices timely and accurately into accounts payable system.

7)      Updates and maintains accounts payable information within computer system.

8)      Corresponds with vendors regarding outstanding invoices.

9)      Prepares and submits reports,  as directed by Administrator.

10)  Able to be on call for emergencies.

11)  Able to attend department head meetings,  workshops and institutes.

12)  Be able to keep adequate records.

13)  Updates and maintains Employee records in accordance with federal,  state and local regulations.

14)  Effectively and accurately processes facility payroll.

15)  Manages and maintains facility Safety program;  including but not limited to Safety Committee,  worker’s compensation claims,  OSHA

16)  Works to establish and maintain a positive work environment throughout the facility by using various Employee relations programs and methods.

17)  Provides information and assistance with Employee benefits program

18)  Administers facility-specific benefit program

19)  Communicates with all levels of management using formal reporting procedures.

20)  Performs other miscellaneous HR functions.
